These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Goldencovefast.com offers tailored health and wellness programs, accommodation, dietary plans, and recreational activities designed specifically for pensioners. All services are provided at our facility located at 360 Orchard Rd, #03-30 Wisma Atria, Singapore 238869.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our Booking Inquiry Form. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is structured as follows to ensure fairness and clarity:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all payments made, less any non-refundable transaction fees.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or no-shows, are not eligible for any refund.
- Medical Exceptions: In case of medical emergencies requiring hospitalization, a refund request accompanied by valid medical documentation may be considered, at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, please submit a written cancellation notice via email or by completing our Booking Inquiry Form. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
5. Limitation of Liability
Goldencovefast.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
